Why do we get so angry while driving? The smallest disruption and your mind changes. Why let anyone or anything spoil your mood? It happened. You cursed that it happened. Now let it go. You don’t know what’s going to happen five minutes later. Make sure the next few minutes are better. Other ways we get in the cycle of things constantly happening that make our day worse, and worse.

Where are you going in such a hurry anyway? And now that we are at it, why are you walking around like you are invincible? Calm down, we all have the same finishing line. Best we can do is choose the options that keep us sane. That keeps us happy.
Why is happiness so underrated anyway? Why do people say ‘I’m angry’, ‘I’m irritated’, ‘I’m tired’, and all that so much more?

And for our initial point, enjoy your drive, there is no need to be angry for how people are. You can’t change them, but you do decide how you react to them. Similarly, you can’t change the past. You can’t change the situation either. But you can react positively. Make sure the next minute is better, or the next hour, the next day, the next week and so on. Keep your way of thinking sane, not for anyone else but yourself.
